Yes, You can search fields in the report column, Using the below steps you’ll get the reports where the searched filed name is available.
Follow the steps:
1. Go to the "Metadata Search" Tab.
2. Scroll down and open the "Reports" toggle.
3. Now enter the field name in the Search box that you want to search and then hit the search icon as shown in the below image.
4. You’ll get the reports where the searched filed name is available as shown in the below image.
