When a Salesforce User clicks on the "Send Update Client Details Form" button before performing the required configuration steps on the About Update Client Details tab, this error message is shown.


After installing the app, the Salesforce Admin User must perform the required configuration steps mentioned in the Configuration Guide for Account and Related Contacts Form and perform the important post-install steps mentioned on the About Update Client Details tab.
