What is the use of the advanced feature "Amazon S3 to Salesforce Sync"? Print

Using this feature, you can now create Cloud Document records in Salesforce when files are directly uploaded into an S3 bucket and also delete the Cloud Document record from Salesforce when the corresponding file is deleted from the S3 bucket.

To configure this feature, click on "Amazon S3 to Salesforce Sync". You'll be redirected to the page as shown in the image.

Toggle the Auto Create Cloud Document and Auto Delete Cloud Document toggles ON or OFF.
Click on the Save button.
To enable this feature (if it is not already enabled), raise a support ticket for the same.
