Yes, you can remove the footer text from the form by performing the below steps-

Go to Setup --> Custom Settings --> Click on the 'UpdateContactDetails' Custom setting.

After you click on the 'UpdateContactDetails' Custom setting, The custom setting definition page is opened. Click on the Manage button on the top.

Click on the Edit button --> Uncheck the Hide Footer Text option and click the Save button.

Now, the footer text will not be shown on your form.
