When the contact submits the form, the Update Client Details App gives two choices to approve the record:

  • The Account record's owner gets an email with the link to approve the record.

  • The Account Update record gets created, which you can access from the Related list of Account Update under the Account record as shown in the image below.

When you'll go to that Account Update record, the following page appears for further actions.
