When the contact submits the form, the Update Client Details App gives two choices to approve the record:

  • The Lead record's owner gets an email with the link to approve the record.

  • The Lead Update record gets created, which you can access from the Related list of Lead Update under the Lead record as shown in the image below.

When you'll go to that Lead Update Record, the following page appears for further actions.
