Review and verify if following the following parameters are correct set or not - 

  • See of the Field Name Type field value is correct
    • Your File Name Type field value should correspond to the image name being uploaded.
    • If you have selected the ID as File Name Type value then your then the image name should be user's ID.
  • See if the image name is correct 
    • If your image name is different from the File Name Type value then this error will be show.
  • Verify this using the below steps - 
  • Go to Setup →  User → Open User profile and check the selected field name.
  • Go to Mass Chatter Photo Utility App - Click on Upload Profile Photo 
  • Select File Name Type 
  • Click on the Upload Files button and select the file name which is in the User profile.
  • See if the User record is active 
    • If the image that you are uploading corresponds to an inactive user, then you will see this error. The user should be active.
