You can download/export all the Mass Assign permissions in an the excel sheet for Field Permissions, Object Permissions, Apex Class Permissions, Visualforce Page Permissions, Permission Sets.
- Go to the Mass Assing Permission App
- Open the permission tab as per your requirement and select all required fields
- In the below image Mass Assign Field Permission tab is selected and filled with all values.
- Then click on the "Fetch Field Permissions" button.
- After fetching those field permissions, the user can make changes to the selected fields with Read or Edit permissions and click on the Save button to save your changes.
- Export to Excel: Once you click on this button will get an excel file download.
- The excel file will look like this as shown below
