Yes! You can search for active as well as Obsolete, Draft, and InvalidDraft flows and process builders.

Go to the Metadata Search Tab and search results using a specific keyword
List All feature will display all flows and process builders results, Click on the List All button to search all flows and process builders of your Salesforce Org.
It will redirects to the new window like a below image here you can see Status of the Flows and Process Builders. (Active, Obsolete, Draft, and InvalidDraf)
