When we're creating the fields in the Contact Update and Account Update objects then we need to give read and edit access to those fields in the Site profile too,
Go to the Site and select created site then Click on the Public Access Settings
Search Contact Update is under the Custome Field Level Security, Click on View and edit settings
Give Read and Edit access to Contact Updated Field Set fields and save the changes.
