Yes, you can download Cloud Document records in a Zip folder or without a Zip folder by just clicking on the toggle.

Go to the About Drag Drop & Upload to Amazon S3 Tab
Click on Step 6, Here we have the "Disable ZIP Download" toggle as per your requirement you can ON or OFF this toggle. (for Zip folder toggle OFF and for without Zip download Toggle ON)
Now check on the Save Button
