Using the Account list view, user can send the account details update form to the related contact email addresses in bulk.
Steps to Send Account Update Form in bulk:
- Go to Accounts Tab
- Using the checkbox select accounts for those you want to send the Account Update Form.
- Click on Send Account Update Form in Bulk button to send the form.
- To Send the Account Update form to all the accounts:
- Go to Accounts Tab
- Click on the top checkbox and select all accounts records
- Now click on Send Account Update Form in bulk button.
- Update Account Details Form Successfully send to all selected accounts.
- All selected accounts received the Update Form in their mail.
