Steps to Hide Dashboard Title:-

Go to the extensions icon in the upper right corner of the chrome browser and Click on Enhance Salesforce Dashboard.
It will open Enhance Salesforce Dashboard Options page.
Click on the Hide Dashboard Title checkbox.
Now you can see the Dashboard title is hidden from the dashboard.
