To change the email message while sending the Update Client Details Form from the Account level, you need to follow the below steps -
- Go to the Setup and enter “Workflow Rules” in the quick find box and click on Send UpdateAccountForm to Client workflow.
- Now open Email Alert - Send Update Form to Client
- In this Email Alert, you’ll get the Email Template which you can edit as per your requirement.
- Click on the Edit HTML Version and edit the email template as per your requirements and then click on Save Button.
