To change the email message while sending the Update Contact Details Form, you need to follow the below steps - 

  • Go to the Setup and enter “Workflow Rules” in the quick find box and click on Send Update Contact Form workflow.

  • Now open Email Alert - Send Email to Update Contact Details

  • In this Email Alert, you’ll get the Email Template as shown in the below image - 

  • Now, click on the Edit HTML Version, edit the text, and then click on Save Button.
