To change the email message while sending the Update Lead Details Form, you need to follow the below steps -  

  • Go to the Setup and enter “Workflow Rules” in the quick find box and click on Send UpdateLeadForm to Client workflow.

  • Now open Email Alert - Send Update Form to Client

  • In this Email Alert, you’ll get the Email Template - Send UpdateLeadForm to Client.

  • Now, click on the Edit HTML Version, edit the text as per your requirements, and then click on Save Button.
