When the user install the app for the first time, and tried to use it, they will see the Authorize button -
When user clicks on the Authorize button, a Salesforce OAuth window will open, asking for -
- Access the identity URL service
- Access Visualforce applications
- Access Lightning applications
- Manage user data via APIs
- Perform requests at any time
These permissions are required for app to work seamlessly. The access or the permissions you provide while authorizing the app don't provide any additional access or data or information to the Satrang Technologies.
Metadata Search is 100% native force.com app, none of the data or information is transmitted outside to your salesforce account by the application nor it collect any sensitive user information.
Note - Authorize button will not work if the user logged in using “Grant Login" because Grant Login will not grant access to Authorize the Metadata Search with OAuth or Other permissions".
