No org's or user's personal information is stored what so ever with the application.


1 - What kind of data is stored, and for what purpose?

  • Search preference per user like toggle settings on the left. It’s used to show/search based on the user’s selection.

  • The user’s OAuth access token is stored in a protected custom setting, this setting is not visible/accessible to anyone including Satrang Technologies. 

 

2- Who has access to the information?

  • No information is accessible to any user.


3- Where does the stored data reside?

  • For Toggle Settings - it’s stored as Hierarchy custom settings in customer's org.
  • for User Access Token - it’s stored as Protected custom settings in customer's org .


4- What data is accessible to support?

  • No personally identifiable data is accessible to support.
