There are 2 ways to grant Satrang Technologies Support access to org.

Sharing usernames and passwords of existing or new users. It will depend on the profile and permissions assigned to that user.
Grant login access to existing users.

In short, it depends on which user’s access are you providing. If it’s system admin then it will have all privileges of system admin and so on.
