When you delete Cloud Document records from Salesforce then files are deleted from the Azure account as well. If the Files corresponding to Cloud Document records are not present in Azure (this is possible in a situation where a user deletes Files from Azure without using Salesforce) you will be prompted with an option to either delete or keep the Cloud Document records.
