Yes, you can simply create a Screen Flow or Create a Flow as per our Configuration Guide steps and then seploy created flow in a lightning page with component flow, then you can easily access Button ( + ) to create a New Record of the respective object.
Follow the steps:
1. Create a simple Screen Flow or follow the Configuration Guide steps.
2. Open the object record where you want to place created flow.
3. Drag "Flow" form components to the Page as shown below -
4. In the Right- Side section --> select Flow which you created with LEX Lookup Component, Mark the "Pass Record ID into this Variable" checkbox as True, and then click on the "Save" button.
5. Now go back to the page and test by clicking on the search box as shown below, now you will see + New Account button, by clicking on the button you can create a new account.
6. If you have any RecordType then it will ask you to select a record type like the below image.
