Yes. You have to select the object first, once the object is selected, all the list views for that object will be displayed in a "Select Mode" - "List View" drop-down list. Once you select any List View, all the records in that list view will be selected, and all the files that you upload (Single or Multiple) will be uploaded/linked to all the records in the selected list view.
