Our application does not offer automatic approval to prevent any insignificant, spam, or malicious alterations submitted by end clients to your legitimate Salesforce Account/Contact/Lead information. This aligns with the design principles of the “Update Client Details” app.



 

If you wish to implement additional customizations on your end, you can create the necessary flows or triggers to extract values from "AccountUpdate/ContactUpdate/LeadUpdate” and overwrite the corresponding Account/Contact/Lead whenever an "AccountUpdate/ContactUpdate/LeadUpdate" is updated with a Status of "Submitted." Implementing this customization is entirely up to you, as it allows customer form entries to override your legitimate Salesforce Account/Contact/Lead information directly.
