Yes, you can automate the migration of uploaded files/attachments from Salesforce to Azure by configuring the "Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure" feature. To set up this integration, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "About Azure Integration" tab within the Azure Integration app.
  • In the "Additional Features" section, locate and click on the link that reads "Click here to configure 'Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure'."
  • You will be redirected to the configuration page, where you can proceed with the configuration.
  • For File migration, within the "Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure" tab, select the "Migrate Real-Time" subtab.
  • In the "Select Files/Attachments" section, choose "File" from the dropdown menu.
  • Turn ON the "Enable File Migration Trigger" toggle.
  • Save your settings by clicking the "Save File Settings" button.
  • For Attachment migration, under the "Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure" tab, select the "Migrate Real-Time" subtab.
