Yes, you can delete files or attachments uploaded using the real-time migration feature. Follow these steps to achieve this:
- Go to the Azure Integration app and navigate to the "Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure" tab.
- Select the file or attachment for which you want to delete files after they are uploaded.
- Turn on the "Delete files after Upload" option(make sure Enable Files Migration Trigger is ON) and click on the "Save File settings" button.
By enabling this feature, when you upload a file in Salesforce, it will be automatically uploaded to Azure. A cloud document will be created, and the file will be deleted from Salesforce. This ensures that your files are seamlessly migrated to Azure while removing them from Salesforce to free up space and maintain data organization.
