Users can track the migration status of files or attachments by configuring notification settings. Here's how you can set it up:
- Go to the "Migrate Files/Attachments To Azure" Tab and look for the "Migrate Real Time" section.
- Under the "Migrate Real Time" section, you will find the option to "Enable Notification" Turn on the "Enable Notification" setting.
- Add your email address to the "Email Recipient List" and click on "Save File Settings."
- After you've completed these steps, when the attachment or file migration process runs, you will receive email notifications about the migration status at the email address you provided in the "Email Recipient List." This allows you to stay informed about the progress of the migration and ensures you are aware of any updates or issues during the process.
