User can can mass update picklist fields using the One Click Update App. Follow these steps:
- Go to the "One Click Update" tab in the One Click Update app.
- From "Select Object," choose the object for which you want to perform a mass update.
- Select the record type from "Select Record Type."
- In the "Search Mode" section, choose the mode as per your requirement from List View, Search, SOQL, or CSV.
- If using "List View", select the List View. When the list view is selected and records are present, the picklist fields will be populated.
- Update the fields as necessary and click on "Save."
Note: To perform a mass update of fields, it is necessary to complete Step 1 from the Important Post-Install Steps. Follow the instructions provided in "Configuring Fields for One Click" to initiate the process.
