User can update picklist fields by using a CSV file. Follow these steps:

  • First, create a CSV file containing a column of record IDs for the records you want to update.
  • Your CSV File should have a structure as follows: Only one column of Record IDs.
  • Go to the "One Click Update" tab in the One Click Update app.
  •  From "Select Object," choose the object for which you want to perform a mass update.
  • Select the record type from "Select Record Type."
  • In the "Search Mode" section, choose the CSV mode.
  •  Click on the "Upload File" button and upload the CSV file.
  • Upon successful CSV file upload, picklist fields will render for the update.
  •  Update the fields and click on "Save."
  • Upon successful field update, a success message will appear on the screen.
