How can I update picklist fields using record IDs in a CSV file? Print

User can update picklist fields by using a CSV file. Follow these steps:

First, create a CSV file containing a column of record IDs for the records you want to update.
Your CSV File should have a structure as follows: Only one column of Record IDs.
Go to the "One Click Update" tab in the One Click Update app.
From "Select Object," choose the object for which you want to perform a mass update.
Select the record type from "Select Record Type."
In the "Search Mode" section, choose the CSV mode.
Click on the "Upload File" button and upload the CSV file.
Upon successful CSV file upload, picklist fields will render for the update.
Update the fields and click on "Save."
Upon successful field update, a success message will appear on the screen.
