User can filter the records by using SOQL. Follow these steps:

Go to the "One Click Update" tab in the One Click Update app.
From "Select Object," choose the object for which you want to perform a mass update.
Select the record type from "Select Record Type."
In the "Search Mode" section, choose the mode as SOQL.
In the input box, add the query and click on the "Fetch" button.
It will render the picklist values. Update the values and click on the "Save" button.
Upon successful value updates, you'll receive a success message on the screen.
