User can search records by name. Follow these steps:

Go to the "One Click Update" tab in the One Click Update app.
From "Select Object," choose the object for which you want to perform a mass update.
Select the record type from "Select Record Type."
In the "Search Mode" section, choose the mode as "Search".
Select the records by searching and choosing the relevant ones.
After selecting records, picklist fields will render.
Update the values and click on the "Save" button.
