Yes, you can Download, delete, and preview files on the Upload page in a lightning component. Follow the steps below:

Go to the record page where you have added the DDU lightning component.
Click on the "Upload File" button and upload the files.

On file upload, you can see the Action column using which you can easily Preview, Download, and Delete the Uploaded files.
