Yes, you can do this by using Pagination, follow the steps below:

Go to the "About Drag Drop & Upload to Amazon S3" tab.
In additional features search for "Migrate Attachment/File to S3" and click on "Click here to Configure Migrate Attachments to S3".
It will open the Migrate Page.
On the Migrate page, select "Migrate Now" and in the "Select File/Attachment" dropdown, select the File or Attachment according to your requirement.
Select the object and other settings according to your requirement and click on "Search".
On search, all files/attachments show, here you can set the number of files up to 2000 in left side of page using pagination.
