If you want to migrate all the files/attachments together, you can directly click the Migrate All button and all the files in the Table will start to Migrate. But if you want to migrate your files in chunks you can select files and click Migrate Selected button.
You can migrate 2000 files/attachments at a time using Migrate Now by selecting 2000 in Pagination. Follow the below steps:
- For migrating files:
- In Migrate Now, select File/Attachment and choose File.
- Select the object as per your requirement and click on Search.
- Once the search results appear, a table will be rendered. In the dropdown on the left side, select 2000.
- With this setting, you can select and migrate 2000 files in one iteration.
- For migrating attachments:
- In Migrate Now, select File/Attachment and choose Attachment.
- Select the objects as per your requirement and click on Search.
- Once the search results appear, a table will be rendered. In the dropdown on the left side, select 2000.
- With this setting, you can select and migrate 2000 attachments in one iteration.
