To map parent records from the Source to Destination org, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Mass File Migrate" app.
  2. Go to the "About Mass File Migrate" tab.
  3. Locate the "Map parent records from Source to Destination org" section and click on the "Click Here to configure the parent record mapping from Source to Destination org" link.
  • A new window will open. Click on the “New” Button.
  • Now fill in all the fields:
    • Select Source Object: Choose the Source Object from the drop-down.
    • Destination Object API Name: Enter the Destination Object API name.
    • Destination Object External ID Field API Name: Enter the Destination Object External ID Field API Name.(Note : This field in the Destination object must contain the Ids of the parent record in Source org.)
    • Destination Object Name Field API Name: Enter a field from the Destination Object, the value of which you would like to see on the Migrate screen once the migration is completed. If you need to see the Name field, this can be left blank.
  • Click on the “Save” button.
