Yes, you can filter the files and attachments before migration using the SOQL filter.

Follow these steps:

Navigate to the Mass File Migrate app and select the "Mass File Migrate" tab.
In the "Select File/Attachment" dropdown, choose a file or attachment according to your requirement.
In "Filter Files by adding SOQL filter conditions," add the query to sort your files or attachments.
Select the object from which you want to migrate files/attachments.
Click on the "Search" button.
With this filter, only the filtered files will show in the table, simplifying the selection process before migration.
