Yes, you can show more details by using the Record Details attribute of the Lex Lookup component. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the records page where you have added the Lex Lookup component.
  2. Click on the Setup icon and select Edit Page.
  3. On the edit page, locate the Lex Lookup component.
  4. On the right-hand side, look for the Record Details attribute.
  5. Enable it and for Field API Name 1, Field API Name 2, Field API Name 3, Field API Name 4, add the fields you want to show details for.
  6. Click on Save.

With this setting enabled, more details of the selected record will be shown instead of only the name.
