You can migrate files via Batch Apex without manually searching for records. Simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Mass File Migrate tab.
2. Select the desired Entity., SOQL filters are still applicable to refine the migration process.
3. Click on the “Migrate Via Batch” button.
4. Select the option based on your need and the click on the "Start Migration (Batch)" button.
5. At the top, you will see a success message. This message includes the Apex Job URL. To open it, simply click on 'here'.
6. You will also receive the details on user email.
