Users can allow Orphan Cloud Document creation under the Azure to Salesforce Sync feature when a file is uplaoded directly to Azure. To enable this feature, they need to turn on the "Create Orphan Cloud Documents" toggle in the Azure to Salesforce sync settings. This allows Cloud Documents to be created even if they do not find a parent record in Salesforce.
Go to the "About 'Azure Integration' tab, click on the "Azure to Salesforce Sync" option
Turn ON the "Create Orphan Cloud Documents" toggle and click on the "Save Settings" button.
