The user selected in the Azure to Salesforce Sync configuration will be assigned as the Owner of the Cloud Document records created during the sync.
If this field is blank, the Site Guest User will be assigned as the default owner of those Cloud Documents that you have set on the Site in the "Default Record Owner" section.
To change the Cloud Document Owner, follow the steps below:
- Go to the “About Azure Integration” tab.
- Click on the “Azure to Salesforce Sync” feature link.
- Add or remove the owner in the "Cloud Document Owner" and click on the "Save Settings" button.
