File credits are the core of the Mass File Migrate App’s pricing model. They represent the GBs of Files/Attachments you are can migrate based on your purchase (e.g., 10GB = USD 999). Here’s how the credit system works:
How Do File Credits Work?
- You purchase a specific amount of file credits (e.g., 10GB, 20GB, etc.).
- Credits are consumed only for the successful file migrations.
Are Credits Tied to a Specific Org?
- Yes, file credits are tied to a single Salesforce source org.
- Once allocated, they cannot be transferred to another org or reused elsewhere.
- If you need to migrate files from another org, a separate credit must be purchased for that org.
Do File Credits Expire?
- Yes, all credits come with a validity period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Any unused credits after this period will expire and cannot be rolled over or refunded.
Why Is This Model Beneficial?
- You pay only for what you use. Ideal for one-time or periodic migrations.
