The "Disable Create Folders With Object API Name" setting gives Admin users control over how folders are created during file uploads. By default, when files are uploaded, the app creates folders using the Object’s API name (e.g., Opportunity, Account) to organize them. However, if you want to disable this behavior, you can use this setting.


To configure this setting:

  1. Go to the About Azure Integration tab in the app.
  2. Navigate to Step 4.
  3. Locate and activate the toggle labeled “Disable Create Folders With Object API Name.”


Behavior:

  • If the toggle is OFF (default): Files will be uploaded into folders which have a root folder named after the object’s API name.
  • If the toggle is ON (active): Files uploaded will not have a root folder named after the object's API name.
