In the earlier version of the app, the file upload functionality on the record detail page was implemented using a Visualforce page, which did not require the "Lightning Web Security (LWS)" setting to be enabled.

With the latest upgrade, the app now also facilitates file upload using a Lightning Web Component (LWC) along with the Visualforce page. This aligned with Salesforce's modern standards and ensures better compatibility with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile App. To support this LWC-based file upload UI, enabling Lightning Web Security is required in your org.

LWS provides enhanced security, isolation, and consistency for Lightning components and is recommended by Salesforce for all LWC-based solutions.
