Yes, this is achievable.
- By using a trigger, you can automatically send forms by setting the following checkboxes to true:
- Send Account Update Form – sends the Account details update form
- Send Contact Update Form – sends the Contact details update form
- When these checkboxes are marked as true, the respective form is automatically sent to the customer.
Alternative Option:
If you prefer not to use a trigger, you can use a Detail Page Button or List View Button. This allows you to send forms to one or multiple records with a single click.
