We had used the Mass File Download to export data out of our Sage People HR solution, which is based on Salesforce, for an archive before we moved to another HR system. So, it was always going to be a one-time use of this app for us. Yet, the service I received from Satrang was amazing. They not only helped with non-standard Salesforce objects, as Sage People has its own custom objects, but also followed up to check if my queries were resolved.
The app itself is user-friendly and Satrang have created a number of guides and videos.
