I have used Satrang's integration from Salesforce to S3 and Azure for my clients and it is probably the best integration application available which is really intuitive and easy to use. It has all the features that one would require to upload a file into Azure from Salesforce and vice versa. Strongly recommend this App for Salesforce to Azure integration.
