Our Salesforce org was dangerously low on file storage and data storage. Mass File Download enabled us to quickly and easily identify files and attachments that were old and could be discarded. It was invaluable in our data cleanup task. My only negative issue was the need to buy 4 licenses, when I only needed 2. Other than that, I'm very happy.
