Orphan Cloud Documents are files that are stored in Azure Storage but are not linked to any specific Salesforce record. These files exist independently without being associated with objects like Account, Contact, or Case.
With the latest enhancement, users can now create Orphan Cloud Documents during the migration process. This is particularly useful in scenarios where files need to be stored without immediate association.
This flexibility allows users to manage and organize files more efficiently, even when they are not linked to the Cloud Document object.
This option is now available in both sections: Migrate Existing and Migrate Real-Time.
