Yes, we can. We have to enable "Rename Downloaded Files for Deduplication" in the "File Download Configuration" section.

When this setting is enabled, your downloaded files will be appended with the file ID. Example: "TestFileName-00P123xcnyui1io.pdf".
To enable this setting, please go to the "About Mass File Download" tab and scroll down to the section: "File Download Configuration".
Enable the toggle "Rename Downloaded Files for Deduplication". And hit "Save."
You will be asked to refresh already opened tabs.
This setting will help you to download all files that have the same file name.
