Yes, you can filter your files and attachments associated with records by simply choosing the appropriate filters. You can filter your files or attachments by their Name, Created Date, Last Modified Date, Owner Name, Extension, Type, and Size.
For Created Date and Last Modified Date, you can choose to have custom date inputs or some pre-selected options like "Last Week", "This Week", etc.
Steps:
- Go to the Mass File Download tab.
- Choose an object.
- Choose a list view or search for your record files.
- Below that, you will see "Filter For Related Files and Attachments".
- Select appropriate filters for the files or attachments and hit the search button.
- SOQL - You can filter your files and attachments via SOQL as well.
