If no data is displayed in the Mass File Download tab after selecting a list view or searching for a record, consider the following possibilities:

  1. Ensure you click the 'Search' button after selecting the Records/ListView/SOQL filter for a record.
  2. Verify that the selected Records/ListView/SOQL does not have any associated files or attachments.
